We offer no-risk returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of delivery. Once you submit your return using our online portal, you will receive a prepaid return label to send the items back free of charge.
All Monogramming, Gift Card, and Last Call orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for refund or exchange.
Free return shipping does not apply for international orders.

Please allow 10 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item(s) have shipped or your card has been refunded.
